Fisetin

Fisetin is a flavonoid compound, insoluble in water, carbon tetrachloride, and petroleum ether, easily soluble in acetone, acetic acid, and other solvents, widely present in strawberries, apples, onions, cucumbers, and other fruits and vegetables, from a wide range of sources, cheap and easy to get, with a wide range of pharmacological activities, such as anti-oxidation, anti-coagulation, anti-thrombosis, treatment of cancer and so on. In recent years, studies have found that fisetin can exert anti-tumor effects by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and signal transduction pathways and inducing tumor cell apoptosis.
